What is the minimum order quantity?

Order quantity is confirmed for your material, print design and packaging. Share the approximate deck quantity and any different back designs so we can review the project.

Can we review samples first?

Yes. Discuss stock samples to compare materials, or a custom sample for your artwork and specifications. Sample charges, shipping and timing are confirmed for the request.

How long does production take?

Timing depends on artwork approval, sampling, material, finishing, quantity and packaging. Send your target delivery date and destination so production and shipping can be considered together.

Can you match our current deck?

Send the specification and photos, and discuss providing a physical reference. We can review material, dimensions, indexes, back design and the desired feel before sampling.

Will the cards work with our shuffler?

Share the equipment model and required card specification. Compatibility needs to be evaluated using physical samples with your particular equipment before approval.
